I am a Board Committee Member and Company Secretary with over 10 years board level experience across the Not for Profit, Health and Aged Care sectors. As Company Secretary I am responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Board and Board Committee's including ensuring Board decisions are appropriately implemented and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Further, in an executive capacity I am currently, and have been for the past 10 years, the Chief Financial Officer of Benetas. My primary responsibility is Financial Management, Information Technology, Payroll, Procurement, and Management Reporting. Finally, I am a Chartered Accountant, Graduate Member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Governance Institute having completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
