I am a Director on the Board of the Grains Industry Market Forum contributing to the development of export market access plans for Australia’s grain, seed and fodder export industry's and a Director of Admark Communication, focusing on consumer engagement and communication strategies within the FMCG industry. I have a Master of Business Administration and I am a Graduate Member the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I am experienced in working directly with Boards including strategic planning, financial management and the development of governance policies and procedures. As a senior executive to CEO level I also understand how the relationship between the Board and Executive should be managed in the best interests of the organisation, the staff and all stakeholders. I am also keenly interested in how a Board can positively impact on corporate culture.
