I am a Non Executive Director, Committee Member and Chief Executive Officer with over twenty five years of Executive and board level experience across the public, commercial & not for profit sectors with particular experience in the health industry. At board level some highlights include being a current Australia Private Hospitals Association Psychiatric Committee Advisory Member and a Panel Member for AHPRA reviews Nursing & Midwifery. I also have experience as a Career Systems Board Member and as a State Advisory Committee Member for the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards. In an executive capacity I am the Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Health Care Mental Health Services where I am the Psychiatric representative for the Ramsay National Clinical Governance Committee and a member of the National Mental Health Leadership Committee. I was previously the Director of Nursing working in the Kahlyn and Fullarton Private Hospitals in South Australia. In these roles I led and managed psychiatric sites and hospitals and contributed to clinical governance and leadership across the organisation. Finally, I also have a Graduate Diploma in Management Practices and have completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course. I have also presented at numerous conferences and seminars and am published in numerous journals and books.
