I am a Non-Executive Director, Chair, Board Committee Chair & Member, & Managing Director with over twenty five years demonstrable leadership at board level across the public and commercial sectors, in Australia and overseas. At board level I’m an effective and proven leader, and some highlights include:  Experience in ASX and large private enterprises, in the construction, property development, retail, wholesale, health services, manufacturing and distribution sectors.  Current Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee with two organizations’, Nutrition Australia and Ermha.  Have previously been a Chair and served on two other boards, including a large public-sector board. Currently Chair of a service industry SME.  Currently Managing Director of Redela, my own successful advisory firm, specializing in strategy, risk management & finance, advising and mentoring CEO’s and businesses across a range of industries and geographies.  More than 30 years corporate experience, with the last 20 years at C level. I am a Certified Practicing Accountant, and have governance qualifications from the Governance Institute. I am also a Member of the Director Institute and the AICD. I’m a safe and reliable pair of hands that delivers, adding value to the boards and advisory boards of small and mid-sized public and private commercial and construction businesses, property businesses, high technology start-ups, family offices, Government and not-for-profit entities in the health and disability sectors.
