Senior Legal Counsel
I am a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience providing legal, regulatory, risk and governance advice in the financial services and insurance sectors in both in-house and private practice legal roles. I provide a comprehensive range of support services including commercial legal, corporate advisory, licensing, regulatory and compliance matters, particularly advice and consultation with Board and Senior Management.
In addition, I sit on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the Board HeartKids Limited and an Executive Committee Member of the New South Wales Division of the Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly ACLA).
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Sydney, a postgraduate Diploma in Laws from the University of Sydney - Law Extension Committee, a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia. I am an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
