Jason De Mamiel

I am a Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer with over fifteen years of board level experience across the public, commercial & not for profit sectors with particular experience in the IT, software engineering, health, e-commerce and business services industries. At board level, some highlights include being the Chairman of Deni Events and the Director of the Deniliquin Business Chamber where I contributed to events management, fundraising and community growth strategies. I was also the Director of the ACT Asthma Foundation where I was responsible for strategic governance and planning. In an executive capacity, I am the Chief Executive Officer with Globo Logic where I recently won a contract with Edward River council to provide ICT and business systems and provide expert strategic advice to a range of organisations. Prior to that I was the General Manager and IT Director with CouncilBIZ where I managed shared services and reduced the cost of providing financial, information technology, human resources, administration and insurance services to nine regional councils. Previously I was the CIO for Intereach and the CTO for Martian Logic managing ICT resources and implementing efficiencies and cost savings. Finally, I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and will be continuing in completing a Masters of Business Administration and have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Director’s Essential Course. In addition, I was a Judge for the Australian Institute of Management Northern Territory Excellence Awards 2015 for the Owner Manager of the Year and the Young Manager of the Year categories.
