I am a Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with over ten years of board level experience across the commercial sector. I have expertise in professional services, logistics, resources, engineering and construction industries. In an executive capacity, I currently head up the R&D team at Revelian as the Chief Operating Officer, where I foster innovative thinking in the design and delivery of new products and solutions. I also act as the Company Secretary, managing risk and ensuring corporate compliance. Before that, I was the Chief Financial Officer for GD Engineering where I oversaw a restructuring of the businesses funding model and before that, the CFO of Mineralogy where I oversaw a diverse portfolio of companies for a high net worth entrepreneur. In my role as Commercial Finance Manager with Boom Logistics, I redesigned systems and processes to deliver significant improvements in business KPI's. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Commerce, have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and I am a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
