As a 25 year corporate veteran I'm expert in bringing the best out of people, organisations and stakeholder management. I was the Chairman of the Family Mediation Centre and Chair of LEADR, Victoria's premier Conflict Resolution Association. I I bring extensive governance and Board optimisation experience to the table having coached Boards at BetterCare Vic, ANZCA, CPMC, and many major infrastructure projects. My company, "The Change Agent Network" optimises organisational collaboration, staff engagement, governance and change methods. I coach all levels of executive from CEO to surgeons, team leaders to entrepreneurs, accountants, lawyers, IT experts, social workers, Rabbis and everything in between. I am currently a leadership coach on most Victorian major road and rail infrastructure projects. I have published three books on leadership: "In-spire", "The language of leadership" and "Moments of Meaning". I taught at Harvard Law school in 1998 and in the Monash Uni MBA in 2003-5. I have five children and play the guitar.
