A trusted Non-Executive Director with extensive experience serving as Board and Committee Chair, overseeing organizations with property assets under management valued at circa $3.4 billion in the ANZ region. Additionally, oversees Trusts and Foundations with funds under management ranging from $1.4 million to $25 million.
Over Karen’s 23-year career to date, she has held 14 Non-Executive Director roles across not-for-profit private, public and government boards in sectors including tourism, prop-tech, fin-tech, small business, health, and education.
She brings decades of experience in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight, and was recently awarded the designation of Qualified Risk Director® - a distinction held by only three professionals in Australia.
