I am a Certified Practising Accountant, graduate of the AICD company directors course and Registered Tax Agent with over 25 years experience working with large corporates, small business, SMSF's, individuals and the ATO. My key skills are in accounting and tax advisory, business growth solutions and compliance services (Income Tax, FBT, GST, Business Structuring, Business Startups, Financial Accounting). I possess a unique mix of Financial accounting and Tax skills together with strong business acumen. I am a leader who is passionate about developing businesses, positioning them for sustainable long term success and boosting profitability. I have a collaborative style, that empowers my team to achieve results whilst keeping them accountable, motivated and highly effective. I have a proven ability to create and implement. I have a strong understanding of business levers and how to drive financial performance improvement, combined with a deep commitment to integrity, professional standards and governance. I communicate well and am a good listener. I will question issues that I do not completely understand or that I believe could be done better. I enjoy working with others in a group setting and being proactive and implementing change where efficiencies can be gained.
