I am a Non-Executive Director with over 15 years’ Board and Committee experience who has also held Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive roles within government as well as private company Director roles. I am currently the Managing Director of LeadAbility Group Pty Ltd, a consulting firm focused on strategy, governance and transformation particularly relating to business outcomes, security, ICT and cyber strategy. I am the Chair of the Canberra International Women’s Day Committee for UN Women National Committee Australia, a member of the Defence Reserves Support Council ACT and SE NSW, a Non-Executive member of the Arthritis ACT Board (incorporating Osteoporosis ACT), an ACT committee member of the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation Brainstorm for a Cure, and a former Non-Executive member of the National Archives of Australia Executive Board. I am also a UN Women Empowerment Champion; a program that promotes gender equality and women’s empowerment in the Asia Pacific region. My board focus is on strategy, governance, innovation, and ICT and cyber security.
