I have Chairperson experience and have been involved as a committee member on a number of not-for-profit organisations over the last ten years. My accounting background drives financial discussions and allows me to provide valuable insights and financial analysis for these organisations. Having an in-depth understanding of volunteering and fundraising, I have helped these organisations to tailor their initiatives and source new opportunities and ventures for their business. Executive experience in the senior leadership team of Macquarie Group's Queensland office has developed my skills in driving strategy, leadership, coaching and training in business development. I have a background in risk management and financial analysis having both investment and business banking experience. Clients value my complex problem-solving abilities and dedication to their business growth and expansion plans. I provide excellent customer service; ensuring the client is at the centre of everything with their best interests in the forefront of my mind.
