Shane is a principal level professional with more than twenty years of experience in leadership, management and delivering outcomes within Government and the private sector. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Shane is a Company Director who thinks strategically with a focus on the needs of the customer and consistently delivers outcomes with his outcome-oriented attitude. He always displays excellent leadership qualities. Shane has an extensive record of delivery at a senior level in policy, strategic, program and project delivery roles. Since 2011 he is the elected Chairman of the Board for a Community based banking business.
Shane has been recognised as achiever, through the personal award of an Australia Day Medallion on Australia Day 1995 and the award of a Pride in Workmanship award from Rotary in 2004.
