Experience on Boards and Committees for 25 years serving on many committees (Strategy, Fundraising, Marketing, Operations, Audit, CEO selection, Constitution, Accessibility, Governance and Operations) often as Chair. Have been Chair, Secretary Treasurer and member. Fellow on the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) for 15 years. Graduate of AICD company director course and Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) course in governance and risk. Scholarship to AICD NFP course and graduate of QUT's Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (Business School). Extensive and varied CEO experience gives a rounded and balanced view of the CEO / Board relationship. Personal connections in government and industry have assisted many mutually beneficial partnerships including large funding agreements in government and the commercial sectors. Passion to support a great cause is clearly demonstrated through the choice of industries and the turnaround results in very short timeframes. Work across several roles and industries emphasises an ability to fit any positive culture and is an enormous benefit to organisations.
