● I am a Non-Executive Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Board Advisor, CEO, Transformation & Strategy Manager, and Organisational Executive Coach, with over a decade of board level experience. two decades of executive experience in start-ups as well as ASX-listed companies, and with particular experience in the Government, IT, Construction, Retail, Wholesale, Telecommunications, Health, Automotive, Professional and Financial services. ● At board level, what I do is drive effective and strategic transformations and strengthen governance. I do that by creating visions and futures in different contexts, addressing emerging disruptions and empowering accelerated adoptions of technical, digital as well as organisational and cultural changes whilst optimising investments, growth opportunities, risk profiles, and consistently finding creative solutions to complex challenges. ● In an executive capacity, I leverage my operational experience, my ability to lead transformational disciplines in complex organisations across functions. I am customer-centric focused, ensuring that organisational changes and ongoing business practices ultimately deliver value and enhance the client and employee experience. I was the Director of the Transformation Management Office at the Transport for NSW Agency. Here I established and led the Transformation Management Office (TMO) within Corporate IT. Previously I was the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at PICA Group and Transformation & Strategy Manager at Metcash where I drove significant cost reductions and increased revenues. Earlier, I established and managed Flow Consulting Services, where I provided advice and coaching to clients as Global Red, Toyota, Indoor Skydive Australia Group, APF, and Eventures Australia. I also assist ASX-listed companies, individual athletes, aspirational leaders, and C-Suite Executives as a performance and transformation coach. ● Finally, I have a Master’s Degree in Commerce, a Master’s in Business Administration and one in Architecture. I am a Certified Organisational Executive Coach and have completed several Organisational Strategy and Leadership programs. I am also a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
