I am a Non Executive Director, Committee Chair and Member, and CEO with over twenty years of board level experience across the public, commercial and not for profit sectors with particular experience in the financial services environment, including superannuation, wealth management and investment. I have provided strategic advice regarding the development of investment policies and strategies, mergers, company restructuring and the introduction of risk management frameworks. As a consultant, I have provided expert strategic planning, governance workshops and organisational transformation services to government and not for profit organisations. As CEO, I successfully initiated a company merger and have transformed culture and built organisational capability. My experience has extended to governance and micro-banking with international development industries. At board level, I have experience as director with ASX listed company, Chair and director of Trustee and Responsible Entity companies and Chair the Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk Committee for International House (UQ). My most recent appointment is to Nambawan Super Ltd in PNG. I have an MBA and financial services and superannuation qualifications. I am a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
