Seasoned resource executive with extensive national and international experience in the growth and transition of businesses through start up to development. Coupled with this I have robust skills in the support areas required to achieve success in business including technical, commercial, financial, business improvement, health and safety as well as corporate governance. Proven track record in leading the discovery and development of natural resource projects, joint venture and other commercial arrangements, investment and financing across multicultural organisations. Through corporate and industry representation to Government I am well connected throughout Government as well as the industry and investment community. A geologist by profession, I have spent over 12 years working directly at open cut and underground coal and metals operations in both technical and management capacities. More recently I have held senior executive roles with ASX listed resource development companies. I have significant Board Committee experience having been a member of Board committees for Helath and Safety, disclosure and strategic investment as well as reporting to multinational Boards during recent roles.
