I am a Chairman, Non Executive Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with over a decade of board level experience across the private, not for profit and public sectors specifically within the Education, Group Training, Registered Training, Property, Retail, Manufacturing and Banking industries. At board level some highlights include: Chairman of Vantage Community Titles Scheme, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Springwood Community Kindergarten, Committee Member of the Logan Community Assistance Scheme and Committee Member of the Queensland Multicultural Development Fund. In an executive capacity I am currently Chief Financial Officer for Electro Industry Group Queensland Limited and was previously Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Canterbury College Limited and earlier Commercial Manager at James Hardie Australia. I can evidence having managed all financial operations, financial strategies, policies and processes as well as working closely with CEOs, Chairs and Board Directors. I have a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting and Finance, I am a Certified Practising Accountant and I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
