I am a Chair, Non Executive, CEO, Director and governance (of major infrastructure asset projects and portfolio’s) executive with over two decades of board level experience across multinationals, utilities, councils, small business and not for profits – in particular the water & infrastructure engineering industry. At board level some highlights include: Board Member of the Australian Water Association where I am Chair Water Management, Law & Policy Committee & former Chair National Sustainability Network, Board member of billion-dollar project alliance, Chair of a Surf Life Saving NFP and member of remuneration, risk and audit committees. In these roles I can evidence strategic thinking, planning & alignment and extensive experience in risk, audit and remuneration. In an executive capacity I can demonstrate 30 years’ experience in water & infrastructure engineering and management with the likes of: MidCoast Water, KBR Ltd, Seqwater, Brisbane City Council and MidCoast County Council. I can evidence having provided strong financial & business experience with multinationals, government authorities, local government, small business and not for profits and also providing expertise in governance of major infrastructure asset projects and portfolio’s. Finally, I have a MBA, a Masters of Environmental and Business Management. I am also a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
