Mark McKenzie

Chief Executive Officer

Mark McKenzie is currently the Chief Executive of the Australasian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association (ACAPMA). ACAPMA is the national peak body representing the downstream petroleum industry in Australia which has an annual IVA of $74B and employs more than 37,000 Australians. Mark is also the Board Chair of the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia (COSBOA) and frequently engages with Australian Governments (Federal and State/Territory) on small business legislation and public policy. Prior to joining ACAPMA in February 2015, Mark held a variety of senior roles in the Australian Corporate, small business and not-for profit sectors. This employment ranges from leadership of large operations within the Australian Insurance Services industry to the founding and leadership of a strategic advisory business between 2005 and 2012. Mark is a senior executive with professional qualifications in Engineering (B Eng) and Business (MBA) and is a non-executive director on a number of new business ventures seeking to commercialize new developments in the Australian Automotive sector. Mark is generally sought after for Board and executive appointments requiring not-for-profit leadership skills, community affairs and/or government relations skills.
