I am an experienced and strategic business leader with particular expertise in successfully leading business integrations, turnarounds and transformations. I have strong capabilities across change management, people leadership and business improvement. My career has required me to be proficient at identifying strategic issues, and then being able to develop and deliver solutions to those issues. The industries I have worked in have been broad and complex, rapidly changing, highly regulated and risk averse. As a consequence, I am also adept at risk, compliance and governance matters at the corporate level. Having held senior roles with both domestic and global remits and with significant budgetary responsibilities (up to $100m pa P&L), I also have strengths in financial literacy, business intelligence and commercial acumen generally.
