The Role

Campbell Property Group (CPG)As the company enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking to strengthen our Board by appointing an independent Non-Executive Director. This role will bring a commercial and value creation lens to Board discussions, with a focus on driving performance and long-term enterprise value. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, strategic insight, and constructive challenge to the Board and Executive Team.

You will play a key role in supporting the business to:

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities
  • Improve operational performance and scalability
  • Strengthen strategic execution and accountability
  • Drive long-term enterprise value creation
  • Continue to enhance our governance processes

All Board members are expected to:

  • Contribute to Board discussions on strategy, performance and risk
  • Provide independent judgment and constructively challenge management
  • Provide input into growth strategy, scalability and operational improvement
  • Assist in strengthening governance, accountability and performance frameworks
  • Bring an external perspective on market dynamics, customer expectations and emerging opportunities
  • Have input into and strengthen overall succession planning efforts through targeted feedback and mentoring
  • Act as a champion and ambassador for CPG, influencing external stakeholders and delivering additional value through networks and relationships

Selection Criteria

The Board is seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded individual with experience in driving business performance and growth. Candidates will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Private Equity or growth investment
  • Strategy consulting
  • Business transformation or operational improvement

The Board is particularly interested in candidates with senior-level executive experience (and ideally commercial Board experience) who can contribute experience similar to that found in Private Equity or high-growth environments.

Experience in construction, property or housing is advantageous, but not essential.
