Campbell Property Group (CPG)As the company enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking to strengthen our Board by appointing an independent Non-Executive Director. This role will bring a commercial and value creation lens to Board discussions, with a focus on driving performance and long-term enterprise value. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, strategic insight, and constructive challenge to the Board and Executive Team.

The Board is seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded individual with experience in driving business performance and growth. Candidates will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
The Board is particularly interested in candidates with senior-level executive experience (and ideally commercial Board experience) who can contribute experience similar to that found in Private Equity or high-growth environments.
Experience in construction, property or housing is advantageous, but not essential.
