The Role
ACOR Consultants seeks to appoint an experienced Non-Executive Director to join their Board, starting 1 July 2026.
This is an opportunity to contribute at a strategic level to a respected engineering consulting business with strong foundations and clear ambition. They are looking for a Director who will provide independent oversight, constructive challenge, and insight as they scale, innovate, and strengthen their market position.
As a Non-Executive Director, you will:
Contribute to Board governance, strategy, and risk oversight
Support management in shaping and executing our growth strategy
Strengthen board capability in areas such as AI adoption and the use of technology to deliver results.
Offer independent judgement and robust, values-based leadership

Selection Criteria
Previous Non-Executive or Board experience (essential).
A demonstrated background in technology, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business models.
An entrepreneurial mindset — commercially astute, opportunity-focused, and comfortable with growth environments.
Strong governance capability and strategic thinking.
The confidence to provide constructive challenge while maintaining strong working relationships.
