Non Executive Director

I am a Non Executive Director and Senior Project Manager with almost fifteen years of executive and board level experience across the commercial & not for profit sector with particular experience in the, banking & finance, insurance, FMCG and IT industries. At board level a highlight includes being a Non Executive Director with SaintsCare, where I’ve developed the strategic framework and leading the strategic development of the company as well as coaching and developing the corporate governance capability within the executive team, also I developed a risk framework by setting the risk appetite controls and standards. In an executive capacity, a Senior Project Manager with the Suncorp Group where I’ve led the project planning, set the project risk governance, and delivery of approx $6.9 million (capital cost) ASX listed project to the Australian market raising $350 million capital meeting Suncorp’s strategic objective and shareholders’ needs. Prior to this my roles at Insurance Australia Group (IAG), I led continuous improvement projects impacting people, process optimization as well as technology such as a HRIS system implementation and compliance training (technical/non technical) implementations across Australia to support IAG’s regulatory obligations whilst providing implementation consulting solutions and risks. Prior to this at ALDI Australia, I worked on a global project and a HR Consultant - Strategic Business Partner for Coca Cola Amatil having a strategic management consulting focus and people change projects. Finally, I have recently completed a Master of Business Administration, have a Diploma in Project Management and am a Justice of the Peace.
