I am a Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary and General Counsel with over 20 years board level experience across the managed funds, arts, welfare, education and commercial sectors.  At board level, I am currently Chair of Midsumma Festival Incorporated (one of Australia’s largest arts and cultural festivals) and non-executive director of Kirribilli Funds Management (a small funds management business) and was previously Chairman of Phunktional Limited (an education and performing arts company) and act as a director of family investment companies (in Australia, New Zealand and in the UK). In an executive capacity, I am currently second most senior executive officer of a large ASX-listed property group with management responsibility for transaction structuring and execution (property acquisitions and disposals, equity raising and bank debt), legal, compliance, corporate and regulatory affairs, investor relations, company secretariat, communications, HR and other shared services. Finally, I have a Master of Applied Finance, Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts.
