I am currently in transition from full time employment having successfully grown multiple multinational companies. Given my broad international Director and Executive experience at various levels I am looking forward to building a Non-Executive Director portfolio. I am an experienced international Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Audit, Risk & Remuneration Committee Member, CEO & Executive Director with over 30 years board level experience across the manufacturing, environmental services and logistics sectors for both public and private (ASX & PLC) companies. Following an engineering career, I held my first CEO/Managing Director role at the age of 36. In an executive capacity, I can demonstrate my success as a leader in growing global businesses at the top line, both organically and acquisitively, and bottom line growth through leading the development of strategic plans, product development and implementing a continuous improvement culture, change management, and “can do” approach to growth and best practices. These executive roles have also incorporated voluntary roles for industry associations and Government bodies. As such, I can demonstrate broad board level networks. Furthermore, I am a Fellow of the AICD and have completed the following courses: The Chairman; The Strategic Board; Role of Chairman, Board Director and CEO Assessment, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
