Bob is a visionary leader and experienced senior executive who holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an Associate Diploma in Administration (with distinction). Bob is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Bob has worked in senior positions in Banking and Tertiary education and has served on a variety of not for profit boards. Bob has highly developed expertise in the development of organisational culture, strategic planning, organisational structure, compliance regimes and so on.
Bob is recognised as a leader in the Human Resources industry and is highly sought after and has presented at numerous HR and Leadership conferences.
Bob has lead his team to win many national HR Awards and has been recognised as the AIM Professional Manager of the Year as well as being a finalist in HR Director of the Year Awards.
Bob’s career has been characterized by excellence in performance which is evidenced by his distinguished career as a HR executive.
