Andrew (LLM, MAICD, SFFin) is an experienced corporate executive, non-executive director and former lawyer, with extensive international experience in business and market development, technology, organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions and government relations. His sectoral experience extends across financial services, data and digitisation, renewable energy and climate change. Andrew has substantial experience in strategic business development and value creation, corporate governance, compliance and risk management, and investor relations - in both commercial and not-for-profit enterprises. His recent Board positions include Travelex Australasia & Japan (financial services & payments), Veda Advantage Ltd (financial services & data), Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Limited (waste management) and Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Pty Limited (veterinary pharmaceuticals). Andrew has been a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1988 and is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). He is a former Member of the Financial Markets Advisory Group at FINSIA. Andrew was a founding director and is the current Chair of the Australian Solar Thermal Energy Association Ltd (AUSTELA.com.au), a former Chair and director of the Fred Hollows Foundation and was previously a Committee member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce (NSW).
